Volunteering at Lambert House

Volunteers make it possible for Lambert House to keep its doors open. We have approximately 75 volunteers whose roles include board members, drop-in center volunteers, cyber center volunteers, discussion group facilitators, activity volunteers, youth volunteers, and meal providers. The purpose of the volunteer program is to provide the delivery of all programs and services at Lambert House.

Meal providers include organizations and individuals who purchase and prepare an evening meal on a regular schedule (ex: the first Wednesday of each month) for 10-20 Lambert House youth and other volunteers. We all share dinner together as a community!

Youth Volunteers

Lambert House is a space in which youth can develop leadership and technical skills by planning an event or activity, supporting a currently existing program, or creating your own adventure! Unpaid internships, school community service credit and service learning opportunities are offered.
